The new Ferretti Yachts 780 is a winner from top to bottom, flies over 30 knots and will star at this year’s Singapore Yacht Show.

AN AWFULLY GREY DAY. Low clouds, long waves. Even a charming place like Cannes, in French Riviera, can be really blue. It’s eight o’clock, but we woke up very early this morning. We are sitting at the helm position on the Ferretti Yachts 780, on the main deck, thrust levers in our hands.

But honestly, we already know that on yachts like these – we are talking about 24m of overall length and 65 tonnes of displacement – the test is often about giving an opinion on the space arrangement, quality of materials and attention to details.
