U-Boat Worx showcases its high-performance submersible designed for speed and luxury exploration.
U-Boat Worx has released new images of the Super Sub, its flagship high-speed submersible, which combines advanced engineering with innovative design. Known for producing submersibles for private, research, and commercial use, the company has over 60 units in operation worldwide.
The Super Sub is designed to provide exceptional underwater performance. Its droplet-shaped hull and advanced wing configurations contribute to its highly hydrodynamic design. Powered by four proprietary thrusters, the submersible delivers a total of 100 kW, achieving a maximum underwater speed of 9 knots. This propulsion system enables steep 45-degree climbs and inclined underwater manoeuvres.
The panoramic acrylic hull offers 360-degree views, enhancing the experience for two passengers and a pilot. The interior is designed for comfort and safety, featuring spacious ergonomic seating equipped with five-point harnesses to accommodate the demands of high-speed movements.
