The flagship Superyacht Gathering in Auckland has been shifted one week earlier.

Organisers of The Superyacht Gathering 2024 have confirmed this year’s flagship event in Auckland has shifted one week earlier, and will now take place on 14 and 15 March 2024.

This change has been made due to ‘significant changes to the Auckland yachting calendar’, organisers of The Superyacht Gathering say. Happily, the original venues and speakers will remain the same.

New Zealand’s biggest on-water boat show, the 2024 Auckland Boat Show, returns to downtown Auckland the same weekend, running from March 14 to 17.

In a statement, Superyacht Gathering founder Linda Berry says: “This will give our community a chance to attend the Palm Beach Boat Show or compete in the St Barths Bucket and still come to our event. We can’t wait to see everyone in Auckland in March.”

The 2024 Palm Beach International Boat Show will occur between 21-24 March in West Palm Beach, Florida, while the 2024 St Barths Bucket regatta is also set for the same weekend.

“We hope that our new dates will encourage our international community to journey to New Zealand to share unique ownership stories, philanthropic actions, cultural adventures and of course new designs, research and technology,” Berry adds.
