The second Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) is taking place from 25-28 April 2024 at One°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, following its successful inaugural event last year.

And, for the 2024 edition, the four-day show will launch a new ‘Lifestyle Festival’ market designed to showcase the full spectrum of the yachting lifestyle.

The newly launched Lifestyle Festival Market will showcase a mix of pop-up retail and F&B booths, including bars and artisanal cuisine. The weekend will also incorporate a supercar display, which will see some of the hottest cars in Singapore make their way to Sentosa for a head-turning motor display.

Visitors can also expect experiential activities, pop-up lifestyle stalls, demonstrations, live music, roving entertainment and more, in addition to the yacht displays.

“One°15’s acquisition of the Singapore Yachting Festival signifies a transformative journey towards elevating our brand influence in the marine industry,” says Arthur Tay, chief executive of organiser and marina developer SUTL Enterprise.

“With curated unique experiences, SYF aligns seamlessly with our vision to propel yachting into a lifestyle embraced by a discerning, aspirational audience.”

An extensive lineup of over 70 yachts will be displayed at this year’s Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF). This marks a 45 per cent increase compared to last year’s inaugural edition, according to SUTL Enterprise.

Visitors, including yacht buyers and boating enthusiasts, can explore some of the latest models from names, including Azimut, Ferretti, Fountaine Pajot, Leopard, Princess and Sanlorenzo.

“With curated unique experiences, SYF aligns seamlessly with our vision to propel yachting into a lifestyle embraced by a discerning, aspirational audience.”

In addition to the Lifestyle Festival Market, SYF 2024 is also set to incorporate a variety of captivating fringe events tailored for both trade and public visitors; key highlights will include wine-tasting sessions, on water demonstrations with electric surfboards and underwater scooters, private yacht tours, roving entertainers (including jugglers and face painters), and live entertainment.

Singapore Yachting Festival will be preceded by the inaugural ICOMIA Boating Industry Conference on 23 and 24 April 2024. Held in partnership with the International Council of Marine Associations (ICOMIA) and the Singapore Boating Industry Association (SBIA), the conference will focus on the sustainability and decarbonisation of the recreational marine industry.

The event will host global speakers sharing insights on industry topics, covering the latest research and innovation, including propulsion systems and infrastructure development, Asia’s growing markets, and industry-driven efforts in ‘Grow Boating’.

The conference will also see opportunities for networking sessions between local, regional and international trade professionals.
