The annual Beneteau Cup Hong Kong sailing regatta takes place on Hong Kong’s southside on 28 October 2023.
Created exclusively for Beneteau sailing yacht owners in Hong Kong, the Beneteau Cup Hong Kong is a fun sailing event hosted by Aberdeen Boat Club. The day-long regatta combines fun racing with vibrant social events, including a themed gala dinner and an evening awards ceremony.
The event kicks off bright and early at 9am at the picturesque Aberdeen Boat Club on Middle Island, Hong Kong on 28 October 2023, for a day of races alongside fellow Beneteau owners. After an active day on the water, participants will get to relax on the docks of ABC Middle Island, before the highlight of the event, the themed ‘French Riviera Sailors’ gala dinner.
The dinner, hosted at the ABC Middle Island Clubhouse, offers an extensive banquet buffet and free-flow drinks, accompanied by a live band. The grand finale of the evening is set to be the awards ceremony, where prizes from brands such as Beneteau, Devialet and Fortnum & Mason will be presented.

Last year’s event was hailed a ‘tremendous success’, with a total of 17 boats taking part. Building on the inaugural edition in 2021, last year’s event was expanded to include a packed social calendar to complement the on-water racing.
