LUXURY ITALIAN BOAT BUILDER Ferretti Group premiered its first Ferretti Yachts 870 Tai He Ban special edition – designed for Asia-Pacific markets with many spaces devoted to entertaining – at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Boat Show (May1-3).
At 87 feet (26.6 metres) it comfortably accommodates 20 guests, with three cabins (and two crew units) for overnight stays. With a top speed of 30 knots, the Ferretti Yachts 870 Tai He Ban special edition follows the success of the 690 Tai He Ban by Ferretti special edition that made its debut last year. Like its sportier forerunner, this yacht is customised with interiors specifically designed to appeal to Chinese HNWI tastes. It draws inspiration from the Hall of Supreme Harmony in Beijing’s Forbidden City, one of the cultural treasures in Mainland China.
