All-new range of power catamarans from Polish builder will span from 60-90ft

Polish shipyard Sunreef Yachts has shared a first look at layouts of its new luxury power catamaran range. The range, which will span 60-90ft, has been in the works for the last three years.

The architecture of the new range offers maximal living space, by using the volume of both hulls and bridge deck. This means the living space in the guest accommodation can also be significantly increased.

The sundeck offers an impressive master suite with panoramic views, along with a large alfresco relaxation and fitness area.

Other standout features include an imposing beach club and a salon with full-height glazing, which opens wide onto the sides and the lounging area of the aft cockpit. All interior spaces are fully customisable. The stern lounge uses the entire beam but can also be enclosed with sliding doors for more privacy while berthed in a marina.

Sunreef Yachts was founded in 2003 by Francis Lapp, and has presented several groundbreaking multihulls, including the world’s first flybridge catamaran. Tennis ace Rafael Nadal has made headlines with his new 80 Sunreef power Great White.

Its innovative Eco range, which features a “solar skin” – super-thin photovoltaic (PV cells) that have been built into the fibreglass structure of the yacht – was developed in-house.

Earlier this year, Sunreef’s R&D Strategy Consultant Nicolas Lapp, son of founder Francis, told APB the yard’s Eco models will soon become standard.
