The British-built sportscruiser is set to arrive in Asia in July

Leading sales and brokerage company Simpson Marine has announced the sale of the first Fairline Targa 45 GT into Shanghai, China. The British-built sportscruiser from Fairline Yachts is set to arrive in Asia in July.

The Targa 45 GT, which made its global debut at Boot Düsseldorf 2020, has been hailed for its bold design and craftsmanship. The spacious cockpit has a door-less design that invites the outdoors in, while a generous dinette takes up much of the central living area. There is a bar with sheltered L-shaped seating to port, giving guests a comfortable space to gather during passage.

A hardtop provides shelter from the midday heat, while an electric canvas roof gives guests a chance to enjoy the open air. There are sunbeds on the aft and foredecks.

The interiors, which come in a choice of four design options, offer plenty of flexibility and space for four to five guests. A double ensuite dominates the bow, giving way to a twin with its own bathroom, allowing guests the option to have the master cabin forward or amidships.

She is powered by Volvo IPS 600 or 650 engines for an estimated top speed of 32 or 33 knots.
