Singapore Yacht Show organiser Verventia has released a statement announcing the 2023 show dates for the SYS
Verventia, organiser of the Singapore Yacht Show, has announced that the show will return, with new dates set for April 27 to 30, 2023.
This will be the 10th edition of the show. The event was to go ahead in March 2020, but due to ongoing Covid restrictions, the event had to be postponed.
In a statement, Verventia said: “To ensure that going forwards the Singapore Yacht Show as well as its sister events in Thailand and Hong Kong will be sustainable and secure for the future, Verventia is joining with all the experienced, respected and professional boat show organisers and marketers in the region.”

The choice of venue is still being discussed and is to be announced shortly, according to the statement. The first nine editions of the Singapore Yacht Show took place at the ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.
During the Grow Boating Event at the ONE°15 Marina in November, it was announced that a “Singapore boat show was returning in April 2023”, but details had not been finalised.
Prior to the onset of Covid-19 and associated lockdowns in 2020, the Singapore Yacht Show had become a reference point for yacht owners and industry figures in the Asia-Pacific.
The 2019 event saw more than 16,000 visitors, with 87 yachts and over 150 brands and exhibiting companies.
As a measure of how significant the show had become, Australia-based SilverYachts and globally-renowned superyacht design firm Espen Øino International used the occasion of the 2019 show to unveil a new series of superyacht catamarans.
