The 82-metre yacht has a 2,250 GT volume, a touch-and-go helipad and a 144 sqm beach club.

ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has unveiled ISA Essence 82m, the third project in its Large Yacht Collection of large tailor-made yachts. The 82-metre yacht has an approximate gross tonnage of 2,250 GT, with exterior and interior design by Barcelona-based Igor Lobanov Studio and naval architecture by ISA Yachts.
The yacht has an overall length of 82 metres and a maximum beam of 12.80 metres. Its design combines established solutions with newer features, with the aim of maintaining a contemporary appearance over time.

The layout incorporates features typically associated with larger yachts. These include a touch-and-go helipad, a lift connecting the various levels up to the sun deck and storage for tenders and water toys. The garage accommodates two tenders of up to 10 metres, while a third tender of approximately 7 metres can be carried for crew use.
At the stern, a beach club of approximately 144 sqm has two fold-down side terraces that increase the area directly connected with the water. The main deck swimming pool is positioned above the beach club and has a transparent bottom, allowing natural light into the space below.

The owner’s suite is located forward on the upper deck. Instead of a central corridor, access to the other areas is provided through a side passage overlooking the exterior, creating a continuous visual connection with the sea.

The aft section of the bridge deck is dedicated to a wellness area rather than an additional lounge. It contains a gym, sauna, massage area, shower and pool.
“When designing Essence, we did not want to follow a trend. Trends inevitably belong to a particular moment in time, and our objective was exactly the opposite: to create a yacht capable of remaining contemporary over the years. In ten years’ time, I would like Essence to look just as relevant as it does today. To achieve this balance, we worked with strong, recognisable proportions, introducing innovation through the surfaces, the details and the way the spaces are experienced,” says Igor Lobanov.

The yacht provides seven cabins for 12 guests and accommodation for a crew of 21. It has a full-displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure.

Propulsion comes from two MTU 16V4000M63L engines, each producing 2,240 kW. The yacht has a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, with an estimated range of approximately 6,200 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Two pairs of non-retractable stabiliser fins provide stabilisation underway and at anchor, including zero-speed stabilisation.
