Over 40 yachts representing around 30 European and international boatbuilders are taking part at this year’s event, which returns after a hiatus.
The Hong Kong International Boat Show returns this month for its first post-Covid edition, with a four-day programme at Club Marina Cove taking place between November 30 and December 3, 2023.
Organisers say the event — launched in 1982 — has returned in response to the popular demand from boat dealers and boating enthusiasts.
Boats of the latest designs and makes from Italy, France, Britain, Poland, Finland, U.S.A., South Africa, China and Hong Kong will be on display alongside water sports equipment, boating accessories, and a car show.
The full lineup of brands and exhibitors at Hong Kong International Boat Show 2023 has now been confirmed and comprises: Absolute Marine, Asia Marine, Asia Yachting, Cheoy Lee Shipyards, China Pacific Marine, Express Marine Electronics, Faithful Marine, Hong Kong Boating Co, Harvest Marine Services, The Hong Kong Shipyard, Island Wake, Marine Italia, Marine Link Machinery, Marine Service Asia, NextWave Yachting, Ocean Blue Marine, Ocean Independence, Protech Engineering, Princess Yachts Greater China, Starship Yachts, Storm Force Marine, Simpson Marine, Smooth Marine Equipment, Sun Yachts, Vincent Marine, Voyager Risk Solutions and VP Yachts.
Other boating-related services exhibitors include insurance, legal, arbitration, banking, maintenance, catering and boating management.
The popular show has provided a platform for dealers and buyers to interact and share the latest designs and developments in boating for the last three decades.
The event is being supported by the Hong Kong Boating Industry Association (HKBIA), which is hosting a cocktail reception for industry guests during the show.
HKBIA members and non-members who wish to attend the industry cocktail reception at Club Marina Cove on December 1 2023 are invited to contact the chairman, Lawrence Chow, to make enquiries or confirm attendance.
