Bombardier and ELIE SAAB have collaborated on a bespoke cabin design for the Global 8000, bringing haute couture sensibilities to the world’s fastest business jet.
There are few things that get the heart thumping quite like the racing engines of a private jet as it soars from the runway.
But for those fortunate souls for whom private jet travel is the norm (and their number is only increasing; there were 3.88 million flights in 2025, according to aviation research firm WINGX, in part due to the rise in fractional ownership), other considerations begins to take hold.
Chief among the most important decisions owners make (after they choose their jet model) is the interiors, which makes sense given how much time some high-flyers spend in the air.

Revealed at the jet manufacturer’s Aviator Lounge in Monaco during the Formula 1 Grand Prix, the partnership between Bombardier and ELIE SAAB pairs the former’s engineering prowess with the Lebanese fashion house’s design language, reimagining the aircraft’s interior as a couture-inspired living space rather than a conventional cabin.
For the fashion designer, whose creative reach already extends into interiors through his home division, Elie Saab Maison (the clever minds behind the interiors of the Giorgio M. Cassetta-designed 42 Exuma by Maiora Yachts), the project marked a natural, if deeply personal, extension of his creative universe

“We approached this collaboration with an haute couture mindset, elevating every material and detail into a carefully curated expression of luxury, precision and design excellence,” says CEO Elie Saab Jr.
The result is an intimate, light-filled cabin defined by fluid architectural lines, a warm and harmonious palette, and a generous lounge area at its heart, designed to foster comfort and connection at altitude.

Behind that apparent simplicity lies a rigorous engineering effort, with Bombardier’s technical teams translating couture detailing into a fully certifiable interior that meets business aviation’s exacting safety and performance standards (by no means an easy task).
Now available as an option for customers of the Global 8000, which officially launched this past December, the cabin marks a defining milestone for Bombardier and a new dimension of lifestyle expression for ELIE SAAB, proof that the pursuit of refined living now extends seamlessly into the air.
