Hong Kong-based brokerage firm Asia Yachting held the launch of the city's first Fountaine Pajot Tanna 47 in Aberdeen last weekend.
The launch event marked the first time this 47-foot sailing catamaran, a remodel of its predecessor, the Saona 47, with an enlarged flybridge, opened for viewing to the public in Hong Kong.
This 47-footer is a remodel of its predecessor, the Saona 47, with an enlarged flybridge area that is twice the size of the old model. A lot of guests at the premiere appreciated this social area, especially during the sunset cruising with a glass of champagne in hand.
The Tanna 47 offers an innovative galley and saloon area, featuring over 1,400 litres of storage space, with the window fully open towards the aft cockpit area, which can create an extra large dining and lounging area for family and friends to gather.
Asia Yachting says this brand-new sailing multihull will be at Lantau Yacht Club and Club Marina Cove in the coming months, with viewings available on request.
