The new 33-metre superyacht will arrive in Asia at the end of 2022
Ferretti Group Asia Pacific has announced the sale of the first Custom Line 106 into Asia, in partnership with Fraser Yachts Asia, which has been appointed by the client as a representative through the build. The 33-metre new Custom Line will be delivered in the summer of 2022, and it is due to arrive in Asia at the end of 2022. It will be the first of the new Custom Line 106 models to be built in compliance with IMO Tier 3 regulations, which sharply limit nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
The Custom Line 106 was first revealed in 2019 in Venice, Italy.
Equipped with twin 2217-Mhp MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines, the 106 can reach a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 23 knots. The new 106 will be equipped with new SCR (Selective Catalytic Reductions) units, which reduce NOx emissions by up to 80%.
The Custom Line 106 features 220 square metres of interconnected exterior surface space, with a large beach club aft and a very large bow relaxation area. The bow garage has enough stowage space for either a Williams 280 Mini Jet tendeer or a three-seater jet ski.
Fraser Yachts is represented in Hong Kong by ASIAMARINE, while it maintains an office in Phuket.
