The elegant steel and aluminium motor yacht was launched in a private ceremony at the company's facility in Viareggio, Italy on June 1
On Saturday, June 1, Cantieri Navali Codecasa launched the new Codecasa 65 – Hull F74 in a private ceremony at their Viareggio facility in Italy.
The Codecasa 65 is an elegant steel and aluminium motor yacht with large and comfortable spaces on her five decks. The yacht was designed by the Codecasa Shipyard’s technical staff in close co-operation with design studio m2 Atelier of Milan, which was personally chosen by the owners.

With its large spaces, the Codecasa 65 ensures the best comfort and privacy to owners and guests, both inside and outside. Among the facilities, which improve onboard comfort and wellbeing, there are also a gymnasium and a large swimming pool on the sun deck.
This yacht features a clean and minimalist profile, and very high quality and technical standards. It is owned by an Italian leasing company and will be Italian-flagged.
The yacht was built according to the requirements of the Lloyd’s Register to obtain the highest Classification, as well as in compliance with the “LY3 the Large Commercial Yacht Code” of the British Maritime and Coast Guard Agency (MCA) to obtain the “Letter of Compliance” as “Unrestricted Yacht”.
The yacht also received the highest Classification released by RINA (Registro Navale Italiano). She is equipped with 2 Caterpillar 3516C (1825Kw / 2448 hp at 1600 rpm) and she will be able to reach a maximum speed of 17 knots at during light displacement conditions, with a transatlantic range of 5,000nm at 12 knots. The yard designed the yacht whilst ensuring the highest environmental sustainability by equipping it with a bilge water treatment system, a ballast water treatment system, a sewage treatment system, a refrigerated cold room for rubbish, as well as with biodegradable oil in the stern tubes and rudderholes.
