This new power catamaran will be one of two to extend the Bali Catamarans range in 2019

The French shipyard Catana offers two ranges of catamarans through the brands Bali Catamarans and Catana Catamarans. This year the Bali range will be extended by a power catamaran, the Bali 4.3 MY, which will be exhibited in the Catana shipyard booth during the Boot Düsseldorf boat show in Germany.

This catamaran can transform the saloon and the cockpit into one open space and is considered by Catana to be one of “the most innovative catamarans today”. Designed with modern lines, combined with fine, carefully selected materials, the Bali 4.3 MY has a strong, elegant and prestigious appearance in the style of a cruising trawler.

The Bali 4.3 comes in versions with two, three or four cabins. It has a completely open platform by having a single area for the cockpit/saloon, with a totally flush deck of 30m², entirely free of bulkheads, and by being accessible by a huge glass door that is entirely retractable on electric struts. It goes from “cosy” to “loft” mode in a flash, for a panoramic view over the sea.

It contains a forward cockpit with dining area, and a huge sunbathing area (18m²) in place of the traditional trampoline, while there is extra living space with saloon, lounge table and sunbathing area on the flybridge. Aft lounge cockpit is surrounded by a wide terrace with grill, and there is sheltered double access to the flybridge. Upper deck comes fully-equipped, with a helm station worthy of the largest boats.
