This sport utility boat will be on display at the Miami Yacht Show in the Sanlorenzo booth (Feb 14-18)
Bluegame, the Italian shipyard specialised in the production of “Sport Utility boats”, will be presenting the new BG62 in the Sanlorenzo booth at the Miami Yacht Show, from February 14-18. A new chapter was added to Bluegame’s history when Sanlorenzo became a company shareholder in 2018.
Conceived by founder Luca Santella, the innovative Bluegame boats represent a cultural, functional and morphological synthesis of different types of boats, such as fisherman, tenders, chase boats and open boats that merge into a single never-seen-before multipurpose boat: the “Sport Utility boat” designed for true sea lovers.

Bluegame boats represent the perfect combination of craftsmanship and style, a high-tech approach and sustainability, with a strong emphasis on design. Further characteristics are the spaces of indoor and outdoor living areas designed for enjoying life at sea to the fullest.
The boat’s navigation performance is ensured by the contributions of Lou Codega, a naval architect with extensive knowledge of every type of boat. The new BG62, currently the largest model in the Bluegame line, will be on display at the Miami Yacht Show.

With an overall length of 18.8 metres and a width of 5.37 metres, the BG62 is the result of combining large, comfortable living spaces with the ease of navigation that distinguishes all the shipyard’s boats, guaranteeing total freedom to the shipowner without the need to rely on a crew.
Some of the other elements that make Bluegame boats unique:
– a generous cockpit
– forward and aft sun lounges
– walkaround with high sides for safe operation
– central helm station
– carbon fiber superstructure and top
– infusion lamination
– a revolutionary, surprisingly spacious deck area, with a large cockpit salon and galley
– the central part of the stern that lowers to launch and board a 12’ tender
– multipurpose swimming platform with recessed gangway and swimming ladder

In addition, the advanced propulsion system Volvo IPS ensures high performance, low fuel consumption and maneuverability in any condition. Layout flexibility and customised solutions of the interiors are representative of Zuccon International Project design studio. Developed for maximum usability, Bluegame 62 has a dining area that can can seat up to eight people, while there are two cabins, a king-size full-beam master cabin with ensuite and a double cabin.
In the aft area, a large space can be used as crew quarters for one or two crew, or as a storage area. Maximum care was also given to the materials used, such as wood and fabric, which were selected to lend warmth to the interiors. White and gray lacquered teak was used for the walls and custom-made furniture, while the slatted floor is designed with similar materials in a natural finish. The ceilings are in a white technical fabric and the dinette can be customised with fabric or leather upholstery.

Made in Italy, Bluegame boats are unique proposals that provide the ability to live one’s relationship with the sea fully. Furthermore, the sturdy construction, the well-balanced centre of gravity, thanks to the light construction of the superstructure made in carbon fibre, and the well-protected steering position make Bluegame boats completely sea-worthy.
