The French-made sailing cat is due for launch in Autumn 2021
Bali Catamarans has revealed its newest model, the Bali 4.4, which is due for delivery in Autumn.
A brand of France-based Catana Group, Bali Catamarans has rapidly established itself as a leading name in sailing and motor multihulls ranging between 40 to 54 feet. The brand says its manufacturing capacity has expanded “exponentially” from 0 to 200 boats annually since its launch in 2014.
Bali Catamarans are regarded for being roomier than comparable cats, thanks to the innovative use of a solid foredeck and a tilting door, which results in either greater outdoor or greater indoor space.
At 13.75 metres the Bali 4.4 fits between two recent models, the Bali 4.2 and the Bali 4.6.
The Bali 4.4 is a cruising cat that offers a new hull design with fine bows and elegant lines penned by Xavier Fäy and Samer Lasta.
The Bali DNA is captured by the rigid forward cockpit with lounge area and sunbathing areas, the platform connecting the transoms with large bench seat and lockers, the large “Bali” door and side sliding bays. The helm station boats a panoramic relaxation area on the coachroof, accessible from both sides.
The roomy maxi salon and galley on the Bali 4.4 can accommodate up to 10 guests, and the model is available in three or four-cabin versions. She has a maximum upwind sail area of 150sqm, a standard mainsail area of 76sqm and standard self-tacking jib of 42sqm (452sqft). There is a code zero sail of 74sqm. Engine options range from duel 40hp to duel 57hp.
The Bali brand is represented in Hong Kong and Macau by Asiamarine, a Hong Kong-based yacht service company.
