New publisher plans redesign in print and online to reach global audience

Asia-Pacific Boating new website launch

Asia-Pacific Boating is under new management, now published by Two2 Company Ltd in Hong Kong, with the first print edition coming out in September. Two2 was formed to take over publishing one of Asia’s oldest ongoing magazine titles and redevelop it into a print/digital media platform that serves the needs of the modern yachting world, especially in Asia.

Future print issues of Asia-Pacific Boating magazine will feature the best in new yachts, from established and also up-and-coming yards in Asia, and globally. The Asia-Pacific region has an extraordinary array of places to drop anchor, and the title will continue to showcase them in detail, with insider tips on where to go and what to look for while there.

Increasingly, superyacht owners are working in partnership with marine biologists and oceanographers to explore and conserve the waters that boaters love so much. In print and online, Asia-Pacific Boating will reflect this global trend.

Over the course of the next few months, the website will be redesigned and social media presence enhanced, all to better suit a global audience of people interested in yachting and Asia, be it as yacht owner, marine tourist or industry insider.

The publishers and editorial team are looking forward to a new era for Asia-Pacific Boating, which began life as a simple, type-written newsletter to boat owners in Hong Kong in 1976. The yachting world has evolved into something those boat owners might never have imagined. Asia-Pacific Boating is evolving with the times and an eye on the future.
