The 38m yacht features four decks, accommodation for 10 guests and in-house naval architecture and design.

Arcadia Yachts has presented a first look at A125, a 38m, 299 GT yacht that is due to make its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2028.
The preview took place at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, marking the start of a development programme leading up to the yacht’s launch. A125 is designed around space, natural light, connection with the water, privacy and freedom of movement.
The four-deck yacht has been developed in-house by Arcadia Yachts, covering naval architecture as well as exterior and interior design. Its layout is intended to balance indoor and outdoor areas, with spaces for socialising alongside more private areas.
The standard configuration accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, while alternative arrangements are available according to owner requirements. Crew accommodation comprises four cabins for up to seven people.

“A125 is our new form of expression for Arcadia Yachts’ vision,” comments Ugo Pellegrino, Founder & CEO of Arcadia Yachts. “She’s the largest boat we’ve ever designed, but we see her size mainly in terms of what it allows us to express. Arcadia was established to fill a gap that the market does not fully interpret – the desire to enjoy life at sea in more spacious surroundings, with greater naturalness, freedom and a deeper connection with the environment. A125 is the result of this idea, which it projects into the future. Today we’re sharing just a first glimpse, but it’s enough to reveal our direction of travel.”
Arcadia Yachts, established in 2008 by Ugo Pellegrino, designs and builds yachts from 60ft to 125ft. The Italian shipyard is based in the Gulf of Naples and produces the A and Sherpa lines.

The shipyard says its yachts focus on space, natural light and connections with the outdoors. Its range also incorporates technological features intended to support onboard comfort and connection with the natural environment. Personalisation is another focus, with the company describing its design process as being based on dialogue with owners and their individual approach to life at sea.
